Servant Leadership and Environmental Conservation (SLEC) International was officially registered as a Non-Governmental Organization in 2011.

This was necessitated by our deeper calling to raise entrepreneurial rural leaders who assist other community members start and run sustainable micro & small-scale enterprises in addition to helping rural farmers maximize on their small plots of land to produce healthier yields and embrace agribusiness.

The revenue raised supports the growth of food secure communities that can afford good healthcare, education, shelter and clean water.  This in turn aids to curb social ills such as early marriages for young girls, domestic violence, drug abuse, prostitution and theft.

Our ultimate desire is to restore dignity to rural communities in Kenya by empowering women and young girls.

We are currently working with communities in Kisumu, Malindi, Lodwar, Narok, Ewaso Ny'iro, Kajiado and in the process of incorporating the villages of Moi Ndabi community.
