SLEC International is a non-profit organization that empowers rural communities in Kenya in the areas of leadership and socio-economic empowerment.

Through a Servant Leadership approach, SLEC inspires women and girls to discover their individual and collective potential and persuades them to realize their calling in a complex and diverse environment.

SLEC's belief is based on the words of Greenleaf, "do those served grow as persons; do they, while being served, became healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous and more likely themselves to become servant leaders?”
